Chele’s Specials include three tapas, five courses in tasting portions, and finishes with a dessert. Among the main courses are Atun en Manteca Colora, succulent tuna in spiced pork lard and paprika glaze, torched to firm perfection at the table; Grilled Pulpo, tender octopus grilled to smoky perfection; and classic Paella Negra done Enye with squid ink and fresh, plump scallops and prawns.

If five courses are rather too much for one’s plate, an abbreviated set lunch menu with three tapas, three courses, and dessert is available on Sundays.
The Chele Specials menu is available for P3,800 net per person, while the Lunch Set Menu is P2,500. Enye is open for lunch on Sundays from 12nn to 2:30pm for the set menu and a la carte, while dinner is available Tuesday to Sunday from 6pm to 10pm.
