Joining the celebration, Mercure Mactan Cebu unveils a series of exclusive gastronomic offerings that highlight exceptional flavors and culinary craftsmanship.

Signature Beef & Lamb Creations for the Month of June

As part of its Historias de Cocina Weekend Dinner Buffet, the hotel will feature premium carving selections from Meat & Livestock Australia and Aussie Beef & Lamb Philippines every Friday and Saturday throughout June. Priced at Php 1,499 net per person, the buffet includes unlimited draft beer, a glass of sparkling wine, and access to an ice cream corner.

Adding to the festivities, Executive Chef Pao Aviso and Sous Chef Raven Aranda will represent Mercure Mactan Cebu at the Grand Tasting Ceremony on June 13, 2026. Joining 12 of Cebu’s distinguished chefs and restaurateurs, the duo will showcase their expertise through two signature creations: Lamb Brasato Ossobuco Paella and Lamb Cansi Quesabirria. These specialty dishes will also be offered à la carte at Pulô, giving guests the opportunity to experience the festival-inspired creations firsthand within the hotel.
