Starting August 14 to November 15, 2026 – our new Marina Sunset Seafood and Grill Buffet invites guests, media, and creators to experience the warmth of a true salo-salo every Friday to Sunday evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Paired with live entertainment set against a glowing sunset, it’s designed to be a memorable weekend escape for families, friends, and groups alike.
There’s something uniquely nostalgic about local grilling. At the center of the live grilling station are unlimited, tender skewers of chicken and pork, alongside beloved street food staples like isaw, adidas (chicken feet), Chorizo de Cebu, hotdog BBQ, and Ginabot sa Opon. Each piece is cooked over glowing charcoal and continuously basted to capture that distinct, smoky comfort. Our signature marinade brings that quintessential balance of sweet, savory, and smoky flavors blending soy sauce, calamansi, garlic, brown sugar, and banana ketchup served with classic dipping sauces (sawsawan) like chili vinegar.
Because no Filipino feast is complete without rice and coastal favorites, the buffet anchors the table with warm Bagoong Rice and Plain Rice alongside Mactan’s freshest ocean catches, including grilled shrimp, grilled squid, baked scallops, and sinugbang isda. To round out the feast, the spread includes comforting Chicken Sotanghon Soup, local appetizers and sides (Cucumber Salad, Kinilaw na Guso, Talong Kinilaw, Kinilaw na Ampalaya, Saging Nilung-ag, and Steamed Okra), as well as street-style bites like Squid Ball and Fish Tempura Skewers. Dessert and drinks complete the experience with Choco Moist Cake, ice cream with toppings, and iced tea or soft drinks.
