IT Park, Cebu City – Seda Central Bloc Cebu brings the community together once again with the return  of The Bloc Collective: A Lokal Pop-Up, happening on November 13 and 14, 2026. Now on its second  edition, the event reinforces the hotel’s commitment to championing local entrepreneurship,  supporting homegrown brands, and creating meaningful experiences that celebrate the Cebuano  community. 

Running from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM along V. Padriga Street in Cebu IT Park, The Bloc Collective Ver. 2:  A Lokal Pop-Up will gather a curated selection of local merchants offering an array of locally made food,  lifestyle products, and unique finds. Anchored on the theme “Same Bloc. New Drops. Bigger Vibes,” the event provides a platform for homegrown businesses to showcase their offerings while inviting  guests and visitors to discover and support local craftsmanship and enterprise. Selected Seda products  will also be available, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy and take home a touch of the Seda  experience. 

Adding to the festivities, visitors can look forward to live acoustic performances and exciting raffle  prizes, creating a lively atmosphere for an engaging community experience. 

Through The Bloc Collective, Seda Central Bloc Cebu continues to foster connections between local  entrepreneurs, the community, and hotel guests while providing a space where local creativity and  enterprise can thrive.
