Cebu, Philippines – Stein and Gabel officially opens this December 5, 2025, located below the New KASA Boutique Hotel in Capitol Site Cebu City.

Curated by renowned Chef Roy Aguirre Meñoria, the bistro serves a fresh take on modern comfort dining paired with draft beer in collaboration with local favorite Bisaya Brew to highlight Visayan craft flavors.

Stein and Gabel also offers buffet packages and exclusive event hosting at competitive prices, featuring a wide range of food selections perfect for celebrations, corporate functions, and private gatherings.

“We wanted Stein and Gabel to be more than just a place to eat,” said Kevin Clint Villamala, Owner. “We want it to be a community hub where creativity, culture, and cuisine collide. We’re opening not just our space, but our heart to Cebu.”

The bistro will extend its hospitality to hotel guests by serving Room-In Breakfast & room in breakfast packages-including breakfast bundles and all-day breakfast buffets, with convenient room service breakfast add-ons for those staying at New KASA Boutique Hotel. Guests can enjoy breakfast in-room or downstairs in the bistro space.

The Grand Opening will include a fashion holiday pop showcase by Cebu designer Mr. Dexter Alazas with partner brands.
